Spindle Repair
We employ the experience and expertise that comes from carrying out more than 3,000 spindle repairs per year for your benefit. This is because our tried and tested processes enable us to repair our own and third-party spindles fast and at least cost.
When we have finished repairing or overhauling motor spindles or separately driven spindles at our company, they are 'as new' in technical terms. When we repair spindle units, we always try to find the most economical solution for the customer. At the same time there is often no alternative to a fast repair when a machine is at a standstill.

Repair report and quotation
Our spindle expert documents the damage in our diagnostic system which has been developed specifically for the purpose. The damaged parts are then photographed individually in our "Photo studio" and also documented in the diagnostic system.
Following this, your personal customer advisor prepares the diagnostics report and a quotation in consultation with the responsible service engineer. For an example repair report, please click on the image on the right.
As soon as you give the approval for the repair, the spindle is cleaned and repaired. If you are not satisfied with the quotation, you can of course contact your personal customer advisor to discuss any uncertainties or problems.
Our spindle experts prepare a detailed diagnostics report for every spindle, in which all points of relevance are described and also documented in photographic form. If we find that the spindle has not been operated correctly, we provide you with recommendations designed to help you extend its service life in future.
