Honoring the apprentices at WEISS

On Thursday, the 26th of September, the honoring of our former trainees took place.

This year, two apprentices completed their IHK training as specialists in metal technology - specializing in assembly technology, and two apprentices completed their IHK training as technical product designers.

The trainer Volker Sauerteig emphasized in his greeting that the goal of the training is now achieved. But in the current professional life the learned must now be implemented. The term "lifelong learning" is also a key word for career success. Now, after the training, all paths to further education are open. In his remarks, the training manager thanked the trainers of WEISS GmbH, Erika Schmitt, Matthias Pfrang, Andreas Hümpfer and Construction Manager Bernd Lang. He also addressed his thanks to the inter-company training center, the BSI in Haßfurt, which was responsible for the training of specialists for metal technology and the teachers of the different vocational schools, because here the foundation for a successful education was laid.

Technical Managing Director and Speaker of the Management Claus-Peter Lehnert, looked in his speech on the future and the future demands in the professional life. He was pleased about the successfully completed training and pointed out that all have received a temporary contract.

Works council Stephan Schmitt also congratulated on the successful completion of the training.
He and the JAV are always committed to the employees.
