WEISS spindle pool

We will be happy to provide you with a spindle exclusively for servicing, for example as part of a service agreement. The following exchange concepts are available to you.

Spindle hotel

In our spindle hotel we store your ready-to-install spindle unit. No matter if it is a repaired spindle or a new spindle. It will be stored according to the storage conditions as per the operating instructions. A storage fee is invoiced annually. The service fees include an inspection of the spindle within a defined period of time. The spindle unit is ready for shipment within one working day.

Spindle pool

In our spindle pool WEISS spindles are ready for your use. A spindle is ready for dispatch within a maximum of four hours, thus ensuring high machine availability. In case of a spindle crash or spindle damage, you will receive the comparable exchange spindle in technically as good as new condition from the WEISS GmbH service pool with full warranty.

After the exchange, the defective spindle goes directly to the respective repair location for revision and is stocked there again for renewed use. In this context, more than 100 pool spindles are already available for immediate shipment. Get in touch with us and ensure high machine availability in your production.

Repair splitting

With repair splitting, the repair of the spindle unit is divided into two steps. In case you do not need the spare spindle ready for immediate use, you can choose this concept.

In the first step, you deliver the spindle unit to us for repair. We check, disassemble and clean all parts. A detailed repair report will be prepared by us. All necessary spare parts are ordered or reconditioned and stored by us.

The second step is carried out when you order the repair from us. The spindle is assembled and goes through all the necessary steps, such as test run and final acceptance, and leaves our factory within the agreed period of time.
