- Tips on the handling of spindle units
- Attributes of synchronous and asynchronous drives
- Clamping system and clamping status query function
Checking of spindle units:
- Demonstration of the required tools and checking equipment
- Tips on the operating instructions for spindle units
- Checking of the mechanical and electrical attributes of spindle units (final acceptance report)
- Checking of the speed sensor signals and the switching logic of the clamping status query
- Troubleshooting on spindle units, explanation of typical damage profiles
Commissioning of spindle units:
- Tips on the installation of spindle units
- Connection conditions and power supply
- Checking of the balancing and oscillation behavior
- Monitoring of the temperature behavior
- Monitoring of the spindle unit, adding signals to the control system
